I’ve seen a ton of sites that charge you for watching live football online, but I just came across this brilliant site that lets you watch free football. They show EVERY GAME being played LIVE for FREE!

Wouldn’t you have liked to see Beckham score against New England Revolution on your PC yesterday? Too bad they lost in the end eh? The TV channels don’t always cover every football game being played, so watching them online is a great alternative. All you need is a PC with an internet connection, and you can start watching live football on Windows Media Player. Seriously, this is a great site for football fans - so take advantage of it! :)

Missing Posh Perform is Like Missing Christmas

How many times have you had this happen to you? You buy front row seats to see the Spice Girls and then something comes up in the last minute and you can’t go. You just spent hundreds of dollars on a ticket. What a waste, right?

But wait! Don’t throw that ticket away! There are probably hundreds of people who are just DYING to lay their hands on your front row tickets! A lot of these people can be found on a website called Viagogo where people can buy and sell tickets. Isn’t it great that you can get back the money you spent on your ticket? And you thought you’d have to throw it away!

Not only is Viagogo a good place to sell tickets, but it’s also a good place to find tickets that are otherwise sold out! Viagogo guarantees that the tickets will reach you in time. They use trackable delivery methods to send the ticket (such as UPS and DHL), and the seller is paid only after you receive the ticket so you can have a peace of mind whilst purchasing.

Imagine how a big Spice Girls fan would feel about not being able to see Posh perform. She’ll go online, searching for people who may have tickets, and by luck she’ll find you on Viagogo and gladly pay you your ticket’s worth for the concert of a lifetime. So this website makes both campers happy - the buyers and the sellers.

The website is also a good place to find out about happening events. Currently the latest events to hit the scene are the Leeds and Reading Festivals. If you’d like to see live performances by Metallica, Rage Against The Machine and The Killers, you can search for Leeds Festival TIckets on Viagogo. Or if you’re closer to Reading than Leeds, you can browse through the Reading Festival Tickets instead and see if you can get a good deal.

Another happening event is the O2 Wireless Festival taking place at London Hyde Park from 3 July to 6 July 2008. Different bands will perform on each day. Jay-Z, Love Affair, Hercules and others will take center stage on 3 July, followed by Morrissey, Beck and The National on the 4th, Fatboy Slim and Underworld on the 5th, and The Goo Goo Dolls and Bowling For Soup on the 6th. Of course there are a lot of other bands playing at this festival, so check out the full information here at O2 Wireless TIckets.

britneyRumour has it that Britney Spears refused to be seated next to Victoria Beckham at the prestigious Los Angeles’ hotel, Chateau Marmont last year. Victoria recently referred to Britney whilst talking about her new denim line, saying “I’m not doing a Britney Spears and just putting my name on something and saying, ‘Sell this perfume.’ ” The media got into a frenzy over this comment, calling it a catfight between the two.

There’s Hope for David Beckham

David Beckham has had 99 appearances for his national team, and he was hoping to play in the Switzerland match to reach 100 caps, but Fabio Capello left him out of the game. Fabio Capello has signaled that David Beckham may play in future matches if he is up to par. “If he is fit and ready to play then he will be part of my team,” he said to CNN.

In response to all the criticism he received from the media for leaving Beckham out of the Switzerland match (which England won 2-1), he said “It seems that the most important thing is whether I choose David Beckham. I think we should focus on England.”

David Beckham is now back to pre-season training with Los Angeles Galaxy, but the MLS does not begin until 29 March, three days after England’s friendly against France in Paris. You can get Soccer Tickets to see the England-France match live from Lone Star Stubs. They’ve also got Olympic Soccer Tickets- too bad Beckham won’t play there eh? I heard it’s going to be huge!

Oh and have you heard that the Spice Girls are leaving Australia out from their world tour? According to the media, the girls can’t wait to go back to their kids. I checked out Lone Star Stubs to see what’s left of their tour and yep.. it’s true.. it’s just the US and Canada folks! :(

Fabio Capello rules Becks out of England’s squad
Posted on 02.04.08 by admin @ 10:27 pm

beckham on the field

Believe it or not, England’s new manager Fabio Capello, did not call David Beckham for England’s friendly game against Switzerland scheduled to take place on the 6th of February at the New Wembley.

This is the first game for England after the disastrous outcome in the Euro 2008 Qualifiers. It’s also the first match for Fabio Capello as a manager for Steven Gerard and hist mates. It seems that the Italian coach doesn’t like the new American Beckham. As you might know Capello coached Becks last season at Real Madrid and both won the La Liga title in a dramatic way, with Beckham having a great last part of the season.

The former English captain had a poor shape during the mid part of the 2006-2007 season and Capello benched him right away. This had a big impact on Beckham signing with L.A. Galaxy in that period. Later on, as he improved his shape and helped Real to win the La Liga title, Real’s officials regretted parting with the English superstar and some blamed Fabio Capello for Becks departure in the US. The consequence was that the Italian coach was fired from the Spanish club although he won the title.

The official explanation admitted by Capello is that Becks did not play an official game since late November as England lost 3 - 2 against Croatia in the Euro 2008 Qualifiers, with the Major Soccer League being in the off-season. David Beckham hoped to balance this, by training the whole winter with Arsenal, but it seems that England’s manager was not impressed. He added though that he will still give David a chance after he starts playing again.

Becks left-out of England’s squad is even more painful as the former English captain hoped to reach 100 caps on Wednesday, as the 32-year-old midfielder counts 99 appearances for his national team.

Watch the English national team playing against Switzerland, without Becks, using this live streams and view the football highlights after the game.

Real Madrid Misses David Beckham
Posted on 01.17.08 by admin @ 9:00 am

Ever since David Beckham left for LA Galaxy, Real Madrid has been struggling to find a replacement for him. They’ve already spent £44m on Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben, but aren’t happy with the results. Neither Dutchman is capable of replacing Beckham.

So where will Real Madrid look next?

ff

Florent Malouda at Chelsea?

ronaldinho

Ronaldinho at Barcelona?
nani

Nani at Manchester United?

Real Madrid maybe the richest club in the world, but that’s not going to bring Beckham back.

Father and Son Bonding for the Beckhams
Posted on 01.17.08 by admin @ 7:59 am

at stadium

What was David Beckham doing watching an Arsenal-Birmingham match with his son Brooklyn? Does he have plans to return to the UK and play for Arsenal? Nawww, no such luck. He was simply spending some quality time with his eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham.

It’s a bit odd to see him amongst the spectators though.. he should be on the field!
